The Point of No Return

You might not believe this fact but driven Anger that is used in the right direction and for the correct purposes is a very positive aspect of this mostly negatively perceived emotion. Just like Fear – the latter is necessary to keep us alert, cautious, alive and safe.

With regard to Anger, sometimes strong words are needed in an effort to try to put right a heinous wrong. However, if harsh words are used carelessly, vindictively and rashly, one reaches a point of no return. Hurtful words spoken callously and thoughtlessly with every intention of malice and causing pain can never be unspoken or undone – just like actions.

Then, it’s right to say that one has been punished BY one’s anger – rather than for it. Don’t you agree?
